We will only collect personal information from you with your prior knowledge and consent.

You can browse the login page without disclosing personal information. When you look at the login page, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes: your server address; your top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc); the date and time of your visit to the site; the pages you accessed and documents downloaded.

If you register as a user and log in, your username, password and email address are identified and stored by the system.

If you use the Feedback form you will be required to provide information about yourself. This information is kept by AFLN members for the purposes of managing and reporting feedback.

This Portal uses cookies to provide tracking of user sessions. In a dynamic application such as Your Call, the server needs to know which user is making each page request and to keep track of which users are logged in, etc. It does this by writing a single ID number to each client browser - there is no user information such as names, IP addresses, etc, sent with the cookie. Every time the browser requests a page from Your Call it sends this ID number cookie back to the server, which the server uses to identify the session. Once the browser is closed the cookie is destroyed and there is no permanent record left on the client computer of that browser/user having visited the site. The AFLC will not make any attempt to identify users or their browsing activities. However, in the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our Internet Service Provider's logs.
